   Refunds are not applicable once you have accessed or started the e-learning program.

2. Urgent Need Refund

   • You may request a 50% refund within 9 days of purchase, provided you have legitimate reasons and supporting documents.

   • Refund eligibility and approval will be at the sole discretion of management.
